It gives me immense pride and satisfaction to witness the steady growth of Yogita Dental College and Hospital, Khed, as a centre of excellence in dental education and community healthcare. This institution was established with a clear and purposeful vision – to use professional education as a means of social transformation and regional development, especially for the Konkan belt.
My long-standing belief has been that education must contribute to the upliftment of society. Yogita Dental College plays a crucial role in translating this vision into reality by improving access to quality dental care for underserved populations.
Through its teaching hospital, outreach programmes, dental camps, and community services, the college actively serves thousands of patients every year who otherwise would have limited access to specialised dental treatment. In this way, the institution functions not only as a centre of learning, but also as a social healthcare mission, addressing real needs at the grassroots level.
